I had a go at the matched betting via the ProffitAccumulator guy as a bit of fun, and actually made some money doing it and people do make £1000-£2000 per month at it.
BUT its a lot of fucking around, your acccounts go down quicker than ever now and to be honest, I like a bet to have a bit of fun.

I think there was quite a few on here that tried it when Dan first posted it, not sure how many made any decent money.
Of course there were plenty that cunted him off and said there was no such thing as free money.

Yes, Inter was a happy hunting ground back in the day. There were the UK and US versions of it and both gave monthly bonuses. Only right at the end of it all did they suggest I wasn't the type of customer they wanted and stopped giving them to me.
Paddy Power was always the first one to do every month. £25 with a 1x WR. It really took off when the forum I was part of discovered the "slots doubling" loophole on Microgaming's software. We rinsed the arse out of the casinos that thought they were safe by offering huge slots-only bonuses.

It's still possible to make a decent profit from ev+ casino offers. They are just nowhere near as lucrative. The real profit comes from multi accounting and having as many cracks at it as you can. You can still make a decent profit from matched betting and refund offers but bookies are on to you much quicker these days.

I've set up (or paid people to set up) over 180 Bet365 accounts. Made over £15k doing it.
Simple system and easy money although I've kinda run out of people to ask. Tend to do it in batches of 50 per year once I've made a few more acquaintances.

obviously a long time ago but pretty sure i only got into it after reading your posts. can't remember how much i made, think it was about $5-6k (with a bit of multi-accounting thrown in), good friend of mine got about $4k iirc.
used to love intercasino, always ran hot there and got the montlhy bonuses for over a year before they upped the restrictions.

For three years, as alluded to just now, I "bonus-whored" the online casinos. The industry wasn't as sophisticated or as clued-up to advantage gamblers as it is now and the bonuses being given away were very profitable. It was as near to free money as you could hope for. For that short period of time the mathematics were in the punter's favour, but those days are long gone.

For someone with a clean online gambling history the free bets with all the online bookies add up to a fair amount and are definitely worth doing.
The £200 with Bet365 alone is pretty decent although it's hard to explain to non-gamblers why it's such a good deal.

When the casino bonus blagging died a death in 2006 I switched to matched betting & arbing. Made about a grand in a month and then that was that. Not sure how easy it would be now though. There's free money out there for someone with a clean online gambling history and a head for simple maths, for sure.
Looking forward to that bloke on here that works in a bookie to tell us all how arbers are, for some bizarre reason, worse than ISIS.

These things always crack me up, it's like those seminars that teach you foolproof ways to trade FX, or how to make millions from property. If anyone is teaching it rather than making millions from it themselves, then it clearly does not work.

My old housemate used to come home with at least one hair-brained idea along these lines every week.
The amount of systems he tried was ridiculous.
over a year ago, he reckoned he would be giving up work and punting full time in 'a few months'.
He's still getting up for work every day.

The trouble with the betting tipping sites is that there's no way any of can them a long enough betting history to prove anything as to how good they are and whether or not they have a genuine edge.
If you have 100 betting tipping sites giving out tips every day for a year there would be enough variance for lots of big winners and lots of big losers. It wouldn't prove that the top 1% is a betting genius and the bottom 1% was the biggest mug ever.
And EVEN IF any of these sites do genuinely have a small edge the variance would be mental and would take decades to even out.
